Other Seminars or Retreats we've Offered:

"Be Still with Jesus." This is an example of one of the many three hour mini-retreats that Bill has led.  On the theme of being still to listen and respond to Jesus in life and ministry Bill introduced and facilitated fresh encounters with the Lord for about 50 people through "Be Still" centering prayers, meditation upon Psalm 46 and Jesus calming the storm (Mark 4), Breath Prayers, Lectio Divina, and guided spiritual conversations.

"Abiding with Jesus" is the Sunday morning sermon that Bill gave February 25, 2007 at "The Gathering" that meets on the campus of the Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove, CA. Bill's message is based on John 15 and presents the Christian life as one of living your whole life as Jesus' apprentice. Three expressions of discipleship are discussed: abiding in Christ for God (worship / being "in Christ"), abiding in Christ for ourselves (growth / Christ in me and us), and abiding in Christ for others (service / Christ through us to others). As part of this message Bill offered four "selah" experiences of contemplative prayer.

"Christ's Ambassadors Spiritual Formation Retreat." Bill leads a group retreat for six to twenty people at the Prince of Peace Abbey in Oceanside, CA that features lectio divinia, breath prayers, chanting the psalms with the Benedictine monks, silence and solitude, walking the stations of the cross, and facilitated spiritual conversation and prayer in groups.
